В США в 2009 году зарегистрировано около 1200 преступлений против различных христианских учреждений и их сотрудников, сообщает Седмица.Ru со ссылкой на доклад организации " Christian Security Network " . В списке преступлений значатся 12 убийств и 38 различного рода правонарушений против личности. Совершены 3 похищения и столько же нападений на сотрудников религиозных учреждений. Зарегистрировано 98 случаев поджогов и более 700 взломов христианских учреждений. Общий ущерб от этих акций составляет более 24 миллионов долларов США. Глава организации " Christian Security Network " Джефф Хокинс (Jeff Hawkins) охарактеризовал состояние и развитие ситуации, связанной с преступлениями в 2009 году против христианских учреждений как «тревожные».
