| Als sich abzeichnete, dass diese Gerüchte - und direkte Verleumdungen des Metropoliten - nicht die gewünschte Wirkung zeigten, verlegten sich seine Gegner auf die Propagierung einer neuen Wahlordnung, nämlich der Wahl durch das Los. Eine solche hatte es zwar in der russischen Kirchengeschichte nur dreimal gegeben (nämlich im 17. Jahrhundert der Patriarchen Iosif und Nikon und 1917 des Patriarchen Tichon), aber die entscheidenden Gremien, also zuerst der Heilige Synod bei seiner Sitzung am 10. Dezember 2008 und dann unmittelbar vor dem Landeskonzil das Bischofskonzil, blieben dabei, dass der neue Patriarch durch eine in allen Wahlgängen geheime Wahl bestimmt werden sollte, und zuerst die drei Bischöfe mit den meisten Stimmen im Bischofskonzil als Kandidaten für die eigentliche Wahl beim Landeskonzil. Wählbar waren prinzipiell alle Bischöfe, die wenigstens 40 Jahre alt waren, eine höhere theologische Ausbildung besaßen und wenigstens zwei Jahre lang eine Diözese geleitet hatten. Das Landeskonzil und die Patriarchenwahl Fast die Hälfte der 711 stimmberechtigten Mitglieder des Landeskonzils kamen aus dem Ausland, die meisten davon mit 192 aus der Ukraine; 10 kamen aus Deutschland, und zwar - mit den beiden Diözesanbischöfen - je vier Delegierte der Berliner Diözese der Russischen Orthodoxen Kirche des Moskauer Patriarchats und der Russischen Orthodoxen Diözese des orthodoxen Bischofs von Berlin und Deutschland (Russische Auslandskirche) sowie die beiden Vikarbischöfe Longin (Talypin) von Klin und Agapit (Gorachek) von Stuttgart. Die rund 200 Diözesan- und Vikarbischöfe machten somit weniger als ein Drittel der Wahlversammlung aus, denn rund 500 Wahlberechtigte waren teils von verschiedenen sonstigen kirchlichen Einrichtungen, vor allem aber den Diözesen entsandt, aus denen jeweils ein Priester, ein Mitglied des monastischen Standes und ein Laie kamen. Unter den Laien waren neben Kirchenangestellten und Gemeinderatsmitgliedern auch Vertreter der russischen Gesellschaft wie Geschäftsleute, Schauspieler und Staatsbeamte. 30 der Laiendelegierten waren Frauen, zudem natürlich etliche Nonnen, darunter die Äbtissinnen der bedeutendsten Klöster. Allerdings waren einige Konzilsmitglieder in letzter Minute aus Krankheit oder anderen persönlichen Gründen verhindert, so dass de facto 702 Personen am Konzil teilnahmen. |

Однако, следует отметить что представления о царствии небесном имеют явно средневековый характер. В противовес священству, которое старается копить благочестие, монашествующие совершенствуются духовно и поэтому иногда впадают в искушение - начинают соревноваться в совершенстве и коршунами стоят на страже врат Царства Небесного, но забывают при этом что сами они на небеса еще не вознеслись (сам видел таких). |

Рымникский Филарет рукоположил И. во иерея и возвел в чин протосинкелла. И. стал игуменом мон-ря св. Димитрия в г. Крайова, бывшим в то время подворьем Рымникской епископии. | A new church dedicated to Saint Andrew the First-Called who is considered the Protector of Romania will be consecrated this Saturday in Johannesburg, South Africa. The event represents the crowning of the efforts of the Romanian community that started 6 years ago when the foundation stone of the church was laid in the suburb of Midrand. Sf. Mas pe care a fost oficiat Taina Sfintei Euharistii a fost instalat sub umbra cldirii Teatrului Academic Dramaturgic de Stat în cinstea «M.S. Scepkin» pe locul mnstirii Naterii Maicii Domnului care a fost drîmat de regimul cel lupttor împotriva lui Dumnezeu. Sub umbra pieei Soborului, din cripta paraclisului Sfîntului Ioasaf de Belgorod au fost aduse spre închinare cinstitele sale moate. | Astzi asupra familiei se exercit cu adevrat o presiune foarte mare. Se creeaz o pseudocultur, întunecat, distructiv i tinerii sunt educai în înelegerea c familia poate fi creat cândva, mai târziu. Au aprut rtciri foarte periculoase, de pild, c de la bun început se poate pur i simplu de trit împreun. i ca urmare se ajunge la faptul c omul distruge capacitatea sa de a iubi alt persoan cu o dragoste adevrat i nu îi mai ajung puteri ca s duci viaa alturi de altcineva, împrtind bucuriile i depind scârbele. Nu mai ajung puteri nici pentru educarea copiilor, nici pentru propriul sacrificiu fa de soie i copii, deoarece se formeaz un mod de via doar pentru sine. Anume aa procedeaz în ziua de azi i brbaii, i femeile, creându-se impresia c familia este o oarecare instituie învechit, care în condiiile contemporane nu mai funcioneaz. Dac aceste idei false, periculoase, pctoase vor distruge cu adevrat familia, viitorul neamului omenesc va deveni incert, deoarece în familie se pune fundamentului moralitii omului, se formeaz idealurile, se dobândete în practic dragostea pentru aproapele, prima experien a sacrificiului i înfrânrii, fr de care nu exist dragostea. Pomenind familia Domnului i Mântuitorului – pe Preacurata Maica Sa, pe Logodnicul Iosif, pe Iacob, primul episcop al Ierusalimului – noi înlm rugciuni ctre Domnul pentru întrirea familiei în condiiile actuale de via, extrem de periculoase. Noi credem c sentimentul moral, pus de Dumnezeu în firea omeneasc, va opune rezisten tuturor încercrilor de a distruge valorile familiale. Noi vedem c totui familia se pstreaz, în pofida unei presiuni extrem de puternice, în special în anumite ri i cum oamenii se opun oricror încercri de a distruge relaiile familiale. S ne rugm Domnului ca familia s rmâne intangibil, ca nici un fel de puteri întunecate s nu distrug aceast sfânt comunitate de oameni. S ne rugm i pentru educaia generaiei tinere. Sarcina maturilor este de a transmite copiilor i nepoilor o atitudine corect fa de familie, s îi educe într-o aa înelegere a dragostei, care s îi aduc la o via cu adevrat fericit, la relaii trainice i sntoase. Fie ca Domnul s pzeasc copiii notri, tineretul nostru i s le ajute s creeze familii puternice sntoase. S ne rugm i pentru acei care nu au putut pstra familiile, cine a trecut printr-o încercare stranic – divorul, cine sufer de pe urma înstrinri dintre prini i copii i s sperm c pentru rugciunile noastre neputincioase i datorit eforturilor noastre comune se va pstra i familia, i dragostea, iar generaiile ulterioare vor accepta mreele tradiii care urc la Însui Dumnezeu, cci dup voina Lui i dup planul Lui a fost fondat comunitatea oamenilor pe care noi o numim familie. Fie ca Împrteasa Cerului s acoper cu acopermântul Su familiile, prinii i copiii votri. Amin. |

Moscova; protoiereul Mihail Reazantsev, clucerul catedralei „Hristos Mântuitorul”; protoiereul Vsevolod Ceaplin, preedintele Departamentului Sinodal pentru relaiile dintre Biseric i societate; clerul oraului Moscova. În timpul serviciului divin s-au rugat Preasfiniii membri ai Soborului Arhieresc i un numr mare de credincioi. A cântat corul catedralei „Hristos Mântuitorul” (regent – I.B. Tolkaciov). La vohodul mic Preafericitul Patriarh Chiril pentru slujirea sârguincioas a Bisericii i-a ridicat în treapta de arhiepiscop pe episcopul de Tiraspol i Dubsari Sava, pe episcopul de Birobidjan i Kuldur Iosif i pe episcopul de Cita i Krasnokamensk Evstafii. |
