Так — случайно или промыслительно — была поставлена точка в истории «церковного возрождения» рубежа XX-XXI веков. Как будет назван новый этап, сказать сложно, но вполне вероятно, что он будет не менее продолжительным. Как принято в цифровую эпоху, Церкви вновь предложено пройти своего рода «идентификацию». Нужно предъявить то, что все мы как христиане — миряне, священники, епископы, приходы, монастыри – считаем самым важным и достойным. В каком-то смысле нас просят дать отчет: мол, в прошлом году было торжественное собрание, а теперь пришло время серьезно поговорить о проблемах. |
| Я предлагал одному из маститых архиереев хотя бы подумать о том, чтобы восстановить Четырехбратский рудник, вернуть этому месту первоначальный вид. Ведь это несложно: краеведы, историки прекрасно описали развитие горнодобывающей промышленности на Урале, по этим описаниям можно воссоздать заброшенный рудник. Но, к сожалению, ничего не изменилось. Привыкли к тому, что кратер, – и ладно, и хорошо, ничего делать не будем… Но вернёмся к Поросенковому логу. Место это, как я уже сказал, удивительное. Если на Ганиной Яме может быть монастырь, и там, действительно, можно жить, молиться, совершать паломничества, то Поросенков лог не должен становиться торжественным, пусть он остаётся таким, как есть, очень личным. «Тела зарыты в лесу у дороги…» И этот лес у дороги необходимо сохранить, не потревожить. Поросенков Лог. Фото: chapnin.ru – Вы сами верили в то, что найденные останки принадлежат царским детям? – До 2007 года, до обретения останков Алексея и Марии, можно было верить или не верить. Точнее, так: можно было честно не верить. Но после 2007 года… Я узнал о находке буквально через пару дней и приехал на место раскопок в Поросенков лог через неделю. Перед поездкой я пришел к Святейшему Патриарху Алексию и взял благословение. Святейший попросил меня сразу по возвращении написать ему рапорт, и он примет решение о публикации моего репортажа в газете «Церковной вестник» ( этот репортаж впоследствии был опубликован – Ю.К. ). То, что я увидел, вызвало трепет и благоговение. Практически осенний лес, золотые листья и совершенно свежий раскоп, очень неглубокий, в 70 метрах от первого захоронения. Сосредоточенные, простые, но в то же время какие-то торжественные лица участников поисковых работ. После обретения в Поросенковом логе в 1991 году останков царской семьи ( было найдено 9 из 11 расстрелянных – Ю.К. ) поиски Алексея и Марии продолжались. Что такое поиски? Территория расчерчена на квадраты, на ней копают шурфы. Поскольку останки небольшие, разрушенные временем, шансов, что на этой площади ты найдешь место размером 1,5 на 1,5 метра, очень невелики. А площадь большая – несколько гектар. |
| Preaching and Worshipping in the Information Society. Prophet Jonah and the Way of the Magi Source: Chapnin.ru Presentation at the ‘Christianity – Orthodoxy and the media in modern world’ conference. 12–14 May 2014, Thessaloniki The conference that has gathered us here is without doubt a historical event. In May 2014, representatives of various local Orthodox Churches have met for the first time to share their experience and discuss the problems that the Church encounters while preaching in the context of information society. No, this is not a mistake – it is indeed the first time we meet, since the last gathering of Orthodox journalists took place 15 years ago when there were no social networks or multimedia formats and when most of the Orthodox Churches had neither the experience of online presence nor even any information departments or press offices to gain it. I am grateful to the organizers of this conference, the Interparliamentary Assembly on Orthodoxy, for inviting me and especially for letting me be the last one to speak. I will allow myself a short digression and share with you my vision of what has been and what has not been achieved within the given theme’s framework. Firstly, I see a great desire on the part of participants to discuss the issues under consideration not only in the form of reports and short Q&A sessions, but also in the form of presentations and roundtable discussions, i.e. formats that are aimed on dialogue and sharing. I hope that we will be able to continue our discussion. However, it is with sadness and distress that I must note that we are considering Church and media issues today from a deeply and I would even say hopelessly secular perspective. The language of information society is used by the laity, clergy and episcopate to describe our activities without any attempt to adapt it to the Church context or reflect on the reality of the information society in the light of the Church teaching and practice. Чтобы люди увидели, вразумились и начали исправлять СЕБЯ. Но нет такого. Есть много амбиций, тщеславия, самомнения, суемудрия, всего что угодно, что заставляет людей искать вину в других, только не в себе. А вы ответьте себе сами на вопрос -Кто ты такой, чтобы твоя жизнь была лучше? По каким таким добродетелям ты заслуживаешь другую власть??? Почему ты решил, что можешь требовать и ждать чего-то лучшего для себя, не исправляя себя?? КТО ТЫ ТАКОЙ??? Но тщеславие и самолюбие человека и общества всегда будут внушать ему, что виноваты все кто угодно, только не он сам, только не само общество... Заметьте, практически никто из людей не говорит о том, что происходящее - есть попущение им самим за их же грехи. Никто не призывает к покаянию, к самоисправлению. Все только перекладывают вину на других, но скажу вам: происходящее сегодня попущено ВАМ за грехи ВАШИ... Как в свое время блокада Ленинграда была попущена людям за то, что город стал " Колыбелью революции " . |

| Moscow church celebrates memorial service for those who die on the streets Moscow, March 28, 2017 On Saturday, March 26, a traditional Pannikhida memorial service was celebrated in the Church of the Holy Unmercenaries Cosmas and Damian “on Shubin” in downtown Moscow for all those who have lived and died on the streets. The service was arranged by volunteers who work with the homeless, reports rublev.com . The service of remembrance for all those who did not survive the winter gathered volunteers of the “Friend of the Street” movement, as well as the homeless friends of the departed, and other concerned residents of the city. “People with no roof over their heads die from cold already from the first autumn frosts. Winter 2016 was severe, which means there were quite a number of victims of freezing nights this year,” the organizers commented. The first such memorial was held eleven years ago in memory of Lily Zueva, a young woman who died of cold and sickness on the streets in 2006. Since then all the homeless departed known by “Friends on the Street” have been commemorated annually in the Church of Sts. Cosmas and Damian. | Construction of Church of St. Sergius of Radonezh in Paldiski (Estonia) is nearly completed Paldiski, May 7, 2015 On June 13, 2015, a new Orthodox Church in honor of St. Sergius of Radonezh will be solemnly opened in Paldiski, Estonia. The temple is constructed to a design by the prominent Russian architect Viktor Shadrin and meets all the requirements of wooden architecture, reports Blagovest-info. The church will be consecrated by Metropolitan Cornelius of Tallin and All Estonia. The new temple has been built for a relatively short time, only for two years, through the efforts of local sponsors, enabling those responsible for its construction to work without delays and to make prompt decisions, reports Delfi. At one time the board of trustees appealed to the benefactors Sergei Chaplygin and Alexandra Azova with the request to take the responsibility for construction of a new church as the old one by then could not provide enough space for the Orthodox community of the town and its surroundings which had considerably grown. The family of the sponsor Sergei Chaplygin bought the lands and started construction of the church which has been completed successfully. For financing of this project a charitable foundation in memory of Boris Chaplygin—father of Sergei who had contributed much to the development of the town of Paldiski—was established. The cross for the temple was made in Estonia and six bells were cast at a factory in the Russian city of Voronezh. The largest bell weights 1.5 metric centners (c. 330 lbs). After its opening the church will accommodate up to 200 people. The church perfectly fits into the townscape, supplementing and transforming it. By this moment stained glass windows by the Estonian painter Andrei Lobanov as well as a splendid carved iconostasis (made in the Greek city of Thessaloniki) are installed in the church. In addition to this, the interior furnishing is nearly completed and planting of trees and shrubs on the territory of the church is finished. 12 мая 2015 г. The New Testament” audio project was timed to coincide with the 75th birthday of His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia. It was presented at the Book Chamber of the Patriarchal Metochion of Chernigov Wonder-workers on November 24, 2021, by Metropolitan Hilarion of Volokolamsk, chairman of the Moscow Patriarchate’s Department for External Church Relations, rector of the Ss Cyril and Methodius Theological Institute of Post-Graduate Studies, co-chairman of the Christian Inter-confessional Consultative Committee (CICC), and rector of the Patriarchal Metochion of Chernigov Wonder-workers.
